Belluard Festival 2013
Shigeyuki Kihara is one of seven artists taking part in the Watch and Talk Artist Residency as part of the Belluard Bollwerk International festival 2013. Belluard Bollwerk International is an arts festival that takes place every year in the city of Fribourg, Switzerland. This year’s festival dates are 28 June to 7 July 2013.
